Come and join us for our Stoma Information Day.  This has always been a very popular event and we are delighted that it is going ahead this year.  The ostomy product reps, stoma care nurses, dietician, continence nurses and underwear companies, as well as members of IA, will be attending and we look forward to seeing you there.  Chair yoga is suitable for everyone and we have organised Maria Jones, a chair yoga teacher, to deliver two sessions in the seminar room which people can try on the day.  You will be able to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee and a rowie in the viewing gallery overlooking the curling rink.  We will have a raffle and would appreciate donations on the day.

There is plenty of free on-site parking; it is easily accessible from the AWPR and there is a regular bus service from the city centre.
